Diane is the nicest lady in the Deli department! She made our family two subs May 29, 2025. She has the most beautiful smile and sweetest personality. She was so kind to my children as they ordered their subs. She listened as they told her about their Holland Lop ear bunnies. Diane is the absolute best!! We will definitely visit this Publix again just to see her!
It is never my intention to complain about an experience I had recently at the Publix Pharmacy. They have always been great! There was an older lady that checked me out at the pharmacy as I was picking up my scripts and a few items from the store. I picked up some bananas and she advised very rudely they did not have a scale to ring up. Everyone is so nice and helpful!!
I’ve only had 1 prescription and 1 refill, 5 conversations with pharmacy staff and this experience assures that I will never use Publix pharmacy again. All this after major surgery. I am a regular grocery shopper for a long time but the pharmacy is out of the question!!!!
