I got a missed call from this Publix Pharmacy saying I have medication to pick up and a balance to pay. I haven’t gotten prescribed anything so I called back to confirm. The pharmacist by the name of Madeline picked up and confirmed there was no medication for me to pick up, however her demeanor was rude and she hung up on me mid sentence, I felt rushed and disregarded when I was only calling back as prompted by the voicemail left by this pharmacy. Absolutely an amazing staff!!!
The staff was helpful. This was the fourth place we called and they had both prescriptions we needed in stock. The prescriptions were ready quickly. I would highly recommend this pharmacy.
Fantastic staff! Had a prescription sent in late by Doctor…the Pharmacist got it ready for me in 10 minutes. I’ve moved and still go here.
Everyone there is extremely nice. David and Ken are the kindest and knowledgeable pharmacist’s.
