Meds are never ready or filled when they are supposed to be. I have also had two experiences where they have said my doctor needs to authorize a refill, when that actually wasn’t the case. Save yourself the headache and get your meds filled somewhere else. Seems like they’d manage better with less customers…
Love this publix but consistently have issues with the pharmacy. They always take forever and my wife's most recent experience made us find a new pharmacy. Our 4 month old daughter needed a cream, my wife went to pick it up and was told it would be ready in 30 to 45 minutes. She waited in her car for an hour, went back inside and was told they didn't have the medicine in stock. Just seems like the pharmacy could be run a lot better.
This place ONLY has the pharmacy number on the locatoon..?? 🤬.. Dont need the pharmacy,,!! I will go somewhere else
Amazing pharmacist and a wonderful supporting staff. This is an all-star group of people. Great customer service and support. Very courteous and professional.
Don’t understand the low rating. Been using this Pharmacy for 8+years. Never had an issue. Everyone is professional and Friendly. I was prescribed a medication that the Pharmacist told me about an medication that I was just prescribed that it may interact badly with one of my meds. The Dr who prescribed it did not alert me to that.
