I live less than a mile from here so it’s my primary publix but I’m so disgusted by the manager Aneesha, she is so rude to her staff and customers when they witness her attitude towards them. I’m finding it hard to want to spend my money at a location that treats its employees like servants. Whoever she is has to go.

I would give zero stars if I could. It doesn't matter when you request a refill, your medicine will never been ready on time. I had meds ordered before 9am and received a text that they were ready. I went directly from the hospital, where I had been discharged after a C-section, and was told they never received my prescription orders. Luckily I had hard copies but I still had to wait 30 minutes. I have also received texts about refills and authorized them, only for them to not be ready hours later. They never have the meds ready and say "I don't see anything in my system" when my Dr has literally called them in hours ago even days before, they don't answer the phone and customer service is subpar at best. Do better Publix 😞
