Great food and friendly staff. Cozy pub with music on the weekends and large beer and liquor selection.
This Publix no longer offers disinfectant wipes for the shopping carts, when asked why the reply was because they caught people stealing them. If that is their concern over the welfare of their customers, then I think that says a lot about what they value. Money, greed, over the welfare of the general public.
Horrible service!!! Was berated for calling in an order to the deli. Then when I was connected with a manager he basically made every excuse for the extremely rude service. No apology though. There are other Publix in the area I will never again trust this one in particular!!!!
Allowing pets to ride in grocery carts. GROCERY carts. It’s disgusting
Wayne = 5 stars!! My daughter adores him and you can tell Wayne genuinely enjoys his job, and connecting with people. He’s left a lasting impression on her, and she talks about him often! Every publix needs a “Wayne” !!!!
Witnessing a crime and doing nothing about it is morally repugnant and should not be the image Publix stands by. Your "ex-manager" is a hero and should be rewarded, not demoted. I will not be shopping at your Publix or any other Publix until your company rights this wrong. Moreover, I'll be encouraging the rest of this great community to do the same.
It has been brought to the public's attention that your policy of not chasing a thief past the sidewalk has caused a long time, dependable employee of yours to be demoted and considerable loss of salary. To have a policy of punishing a hero is appalling. Considering your increasing competition I'm surprised your policies and those that create them have so little regard for your employees and your patrons. What's wrong with Publix???? The employee who chased down the purse snatcher should be honored not punished.....you need to fix that fast or I'll not be shopping there anymore (and I love Publix)!!!!
