Outstanding service and products
They refused to fill my inhaler prescription refil, said it was to soon and insurance will not pay, so happy gasping. My doc had to call and tell them that I would pay cash for it and so they comply. Any decent and caring pharmacy would have told ME that yesterday, while I was standing there turning blue. They are a disgrace.
Zero Customer Service less common courtesy: Today..Monday Morning Nov 24, 2025 …I called this Pharmacy.( they have all my prescriptions since convenient) Customer service answers (hold…) * not thank U for holding be right w/ you…* I held 5 min….for an extremely curt Punk nothing to answer! Can U remember when Publix HAD Customer service… Well not anymore!

Horribel experience.Was there at 715 am on a Saturday.My Winn Dixie is closing.Had no choice.Rude employees and cashiers.Prices are higher than anyone else.Will never go back.Have to find somewhere else.Got into a debate with a Jesus freak also.
Rude sandwich makers bark rudely to 'get in line' and 'next time get in line' when there are only three people waiting. How do you treat a customer that way? I have spent thousands of dollars over many years there. I will no longer shop there. I guess they are so high and mighty they don't need my money. Also they are always out of items in produce and it takes them too long to get more.
They took all the benches from outside the store, and even from the other stores on that side of the plaza. Regardless of if it's "about homeless people", homeless people are still people. And where are elderly, disabled, and pregnant people supposed to sit when they're waiting on the bus or a ride? Very inconsiderate for everyone involved, even the employees. Very disappointed in the new management for other various reasons, but this was definitely the icing on the cake. I am disabled and have to wait on rides. It's obv... read more
