We used Publix's catering services for our recent wedding and could not be happier with the results. Publix catered the cocktail hour, dinner reception, and also provided the cake. Chef Gene and the great folks in charge of the cake services were wonderful to work with. All of the food was first rate and the quality was praised by all our guests. Chef Gene was also able to recommend an excellent vegetarian meal for guests who needed a.meatless alternative. We will not hesitate to use Publix's catering services again.
