The do not deserve a one star either. I checked in 5 am on time for my appointment, docked in 20 minutes, but it took 10 hours to take my 10 pallets load. One of the worst places of all time
Check in/out with in 4.5 hours for unloading
People working there have some kind of different level of attitude. This place is being run by extraordinary people because they believe the drivers already know all their procedures and processes with taking any responsibility and explanations. Guys this is the 21st Century and you need to keep up with the technology and improvement. Keep trying 👍
