The store manager Scott Wilson and the assistant store manager Paul or some real pre-Madonna’s when it comes to the deli department. Instead of helping out their staff when they’re understaffed and they have huge lines they just bark orders at them to make them more frustrated. They treat their people like Numbers and don’t give a crap about any of them.
Customers are rude and stuck up more so in Boca, than all the places I travel to.
Cannot thank Publix and staff enough! Our BOCA Preserve store is open and we went in to see what they had to maybe add some to our supplies. Didn't expect a lot on the shelves. We found the total opposite. Their people were there restocking as fast as it went out. We thanked each Publix person we encountered and thank the Manager as he was on the line up front making sure checkout was running smoothly. Unfortunately he told us we were the first persons to thank him!!!
Fantastic customer service at this location during the preparation for Hurricane Irma! Customers were scared so they were rude to the employees but the employees didn't react negatively!!
At publix packed my own groceries and donated to school supplies and cashier came out from behind counter and gave me a hug. What a store.
Love my Publix..worked for them off and on for almost 30 yrs..Lakeland division..
