This place needs a new staff, from the Supervisor to the dispatcher!! Every-time I get new services I have to call and get into an argument with the PROGRAMMED dispatcher. He must have his scripted written down!! If I could give the office a zero, I would have. This is no reflecting on the guys that actually out there trying to do their jobs. Love it
Had a question about recycling but no one would answer the phone after over 20 rings. You should see the mess at both their recycling drop of locations. They pickup materials no more than once a week. I wonder if they really recycle or just haul it to a landfill.
