Unhelpful and applied the usual formula to dismiss a legitimate complaint from a customer against a gas company that blatantly lied or misrepresented the truth. After my long narrative about the issue because they wholly misunderstand the nature of the first communication to them, they simply said "ok, anything else I can help you with?" (i.e. this discussion is over).
Not for the public. Absolutely need to be looked into! What a farce!
I had to call because of my electric bill. I just want to say that Angel was great to work with. She explained everything and was super helpful and kind!!
