I was hoping to give this zero stars if I could but I can’t. Unfortunately me and wife had the privilege of working with an agent Roy Matthew of this firm and it was an absolute disaster. We were told he was the listing agent on the property and upon our tour he says that we as tenants have to pay him a fee. Completely wrong. I used them back in August, worked with a realtor a lady Sheetal R. She seems nice at first however After the owner had agreed to rent to me i lost the apartment. As a single mother for some reason we are constantly discriminated against I'm sure I'm not the only one out here and won't be the last. She spoke to the owners, I met them and i was told i was waiting for the owners decision. Sheetal texted me they would sign and had decided to move foward. Amazing experience!!
Smh they guy who's office is in the back of the bldg was nice at first to me and my husband.then he got real nasty to us.i did not have hot water in my shower for 8days after I payed $2,275.00.the stove broke,no heat smho.doesnt the realtor suppose to check all this Out before you move in.he got his 1300.00 realtors fee first.
