I rented a storage unit expecting to move in the next day, which was a Monday. I specifically called to confirm their hours, and I was told they were open until 6 p.m. I arrived at 5:05 p.m., only to find the location closed at 5 p.m. The incorrect information caused me to waste time and disrupted my plans.
