I had a great overall experience. I used this place for approximately four years. The only thing that I didn't like is that they occasionally increased the price. I understand that it is supply vs demand. In the end I was paying about 250 a month for a 5x10 unit of storage. David was the one who helped me out. He was great and I highly recommend that you ask for him when you get there. Very friendly dude with Hispanic accent.
Great customer service from David ; very helpful. The unit is perfect and the place is very clean.
Lived in East Lake/Otay Ranch area for majority of my naval career. Public Storage has always been my go to when it comes to deploying or moving from duty stations. David at this location was a great help. He understood and gave great advice for what unit I needed for my house hold goods. He gave nothing but exemplary service. Thank you for your assistance!
