We’ve had nothing but great experiences with this storage facility. The facility is well managed, by incredible staff and management. It is refreshing to call the facility and speak with a real live person right away. I recently spoke to Michael who resolved my issue within minutes. If you are looking for a safe, clean and well managed facility to store your goods, we highly recommend this company.

Excellent storage location, but the best part is the staff. Cyrus is the best person I have ever had the pleasure of working with at Public Storage. 10/10, an absolute gem.

I found my unit storage in Windermere , Florida with a lot of rat droppings . It’s unbelievable, unacceptable that store don’t notify customers about it . Insurance can’t replace what you can’t buy . Other thing , air conditioning is at a higher temperature, 80 degrees . I expect asap contact from who manage this store !

Public Storage has been great to us over the years! We have used them off and on and their staff is always friendly and courteous! Syrus is absolutely great and by far one of the best employees Public Storage has ever had!
