Why does it say 24/7 access but then when we left a minute or two later than 9:00pm we got an email saying we were there after access hours ? Am I missing out on something because I thought 24/7 was whenever at whatever time. Not that big of a deal but it’s weird because they gave us a warning when I thought it was available whenever🤔
Honestly, having moved from the amazingly prized but time-consuming location in Red Hill to this one. The drive-up 24/7 access literally makes decluttering & storage effortless. Thank you, to who I believe is named, Tammy for answering my questions & allowing me to introduce myself as well as providing me a way to contact the staff for anything further. I already 100% recommend the premium. Trust, I understand the cost wariness, but invest to improve your life, & I am doing that.
Clean and easy to navigate facility with convenient gate access via the app and very helpful staff, especially Miriam! Felt very safe storing our things here and would definitely do so again!
Thank you to Tammy for helping me with my move in process, super easy and str8 forward. Loved my experience here at public storage in tustin Ca. Easy drive up access and 24/hr access available whats not to love 😊
