Earlier today I had a move-in issue that was upsetting and I impulsively gave a bad review which I now want to correct. Marina and her co-worker/boss completely fixed the problem for me and were so professional in the way they handled everything that I left feeling so much better. I have to go back now and give this place 5 srars for hiring such kind, capable managers! Mariana was great. I am in the process of building my house and needed some storage. I already had two units and needed a third short term wile I find a home for some of my excess stuff. After struggling online with the booking folks I went to the office. Within 10 minutes I was set up and on my way! That’s how you do customer service she was excellent!
Marina was very helpful. I highly recommend this location. She was wonderful to work with.
