Desiree is the property manager and was very helpful and polite throughout the whole rental process. I would recommend to friends and family to this location to rent.
I’ve had my storage unit for about two years, and I really want to take a moment to recognize Desiree for her outstanding customer service. She is truly the only person who has been consistently reliable throughout my time here. There have been other staff members who haven’t always been as consistent, but Desiree has always been kind, professional, friendly, and willing to help. Every time I see her, she is attentive and makes sure things are taken care of. I truly appreciate having someone like Desiree at the front desk.... read more
