I rented a space for 10 months, PS does not want to lose one dollar! I vacated on the 31st. Granted I left a loveseat that could have been disposed of like any other storage but instead I was charged a full month rent!! Brandon was Very disrespectful! He needs to learn how to talk to me!! The agent at the desk, Ms. Susan was a great help to me. Very polite and very pleasant to talk to.
Susan was the absolute best and did an amazing job helping me get set up with my first storage unit and happily walked me through the whole process. Highly recommend this location: clean , cool, spacious and excellent customer service and a real person to talk to.
