I selected 24/7 services. It was such an easy experience. The facility is clean and the storage locker was ready for me to store. Overall easy experience.
This place has awful customer service. I’ve been trying to contact the office and have visited the site multiple times in the last week. Nobody is ever there or answering the phone. I was told by the online chat representative that “in order to speak with your facility manager you have to book an appointment.” How exactly is the business being run by people who are never there? I shouldn’t have to book an appointment to speak to a human.
