Firstly the 4.8 ratings is a lie. They beg customers to give them a five-star review. After 5-6 years, I am DONE. I've spent over TWENTY THOUSANDS dollars over the years. IT WOULD HAVE HONESTLY BEEN CHEAPER TO GIVE IT ALL AWAY FOR FREE. (But that's on me in my reluctance to let it go). BUT HERE'S WHY THIS PLACE SUCKS: The constant price increases are ridiculous. 20-30% jumps are not uncommon and that's predatory. I am beyond frustrated with this place. I reserved a unit online, but when I showed up to move my things in, they told me the unit wasn't actually available and tried to push me into a much more expensive one. On top of that, the gate code they gave me didn't work, so I was stuck outside for nearly an hour trying to get ahold of someone to help. The customer service here is incredibly unhelpful and disorganized, and I definitely do not recommend storing your belongings here if you want a stress-free experience.
