One of the easiest set up process that I have dealt with in a long time. The woman that helped me was great! Ali was super friendly took the time to explain everything that I did not understand and was just amazing at helping me setting everything up. Update: after setting everything up a day later all my plans changed and I called back to try and cancel my hold and again Ali was the one to help and she made me feel no stress in the process of refunding the storage unit hold.
