Been storing here for over a year and Ray has provided excellent customer service every time I’ve visited the office. The property is well maintained, safe, and conveniently located! The whole process of move-in, rates, move-out, insurance is made simple by him explaining everything in great detail :)
I moved out of this unit in 2023 after my rent almost doubled after just a few months. Moved to Gorst self storage where they didn’t raise my rent for 3 whole years; just moved out this week. Worth taking a look.
After dealing with other locations, this one has been a breath of fresh air. It’s nice not to feel micromanaged or have new “rules” appear out of nowhere. The staff has been respectful, professional, and has let us use the unit as intended. We appreciate the professionalism and hope this location continues to operate this way
The employee, Ray really did everything he could to ensure I got the cheapest best price. As well as explain a few really important things to me. Services I had opted to pay for but wasn’t necessarily entitled to because of the space I had chosen. However the internet was still going to allow me to pick and pay for that. Etc. I walked out of there paying less for more, and a smile on my face because of this gentleman. Thank you Ray!!!
My experience started out rough, but Ray was there to save the day. Could not have asked for a better ending to a rough situation. Thank you Ray! The location was clean and well taking care of. Security is better than most.
