Mrs. K was very helpful during some difficult situations with my unit the last couple months July - August. Helping in getting my roll up door fixed when the spring was broken to walking me through a break in situation where someone cut my lock off. She’s just gone above and beyond in helping me navigate these situations when the old Property manager was difficult to get ahold of and his follow up was not good she stepped up and made things right. It’s much appreciated as a customer of 13 years.
Clean and nice facility
I appreciate Miss. K for everything she has done. She is one of the greatest person to have met. We were in a hard time and she saw that and helped us by making everything smooth. It’s the little things that matter and she cares about it, which speaks volumes about her character. Thank you.
