Marcos was very helpful, was able to get me a hint right by the elevator and was very thorough with explaining to me about what I was about to get myself into! Good people!
I had a really great experience at Public Storage thanks to Marco. He was super helpful, patient, and professional throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and had a really positive attitude. Customer service like his definitely makes a difference. I really appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend this location to others!
Highly recommend only because Oscar was really helpful. To take into consideration this is a storage place so it’s really DIY, but Oscar went above and beyond helping me with storage bins I couldn’t manage myself and it was greatly appreciated.
