The Public Storage at 888 S. Fair Oaks, Pasadena is a very clean PS. Chris in the office is very friendly, efficient, professional and trustworthy. But the PS phone app is awful, it made repeated errors even though I was on auto-pay, and they raised my rent 25% just 3 months after I started - Beware!
Theres plenty of space here and its super clean. Definately my first choice for storage in Alhambra.

Just used Public Storage on Fair Oaks, Pasdena for short term use between moves. The facility was well maintained and climate controlled. Could set up over the phone and then manage everything online and through the app. Very easy process for both move in and move out. Great experience, would recommend.
I wanted to wait a few weeks after moving out before writing this review, hoping some distance would give me perspective. Unfortunately, this was one frustrating issue after another, and overall my worst self-storage experience. To be fair, some of the app access problems were user error on my part — I accidentally used the wrong email tied to my account.
