I had the pleasure of meeting Oj, property manager of the facility at the New Bedford location. He was very courteous, respectful and kind while explaining the details of my transaction. He assisted me with some of the technical difficulties I experienced with the app and provided me with map to my new storage unit. I rented a unit in New Bedford, Ma @ washburn street. Prices are affordable when compared to area competitors and all units are clinate controlled. I was attended to by O'Jay and full disclosure I had a lot of questions. He answered all questions, guiding me through the process and was patient, attentive, helpful and very knowledgeable. I was surprised by the excellent level professionalism and customer service. Highly reccommended Rental location.
