Do not be fooled by the low introductory prices!!! They WILL raise your rates every 3 months and it’s not just a dollar or 2 each time. After our first 3 months the rate jumped $30. I called to see why the rate went from $70 per month to $99 and was told they review the market rates in the area and adjust to market rates regularly . I asked how often they do this since it hasn’t been long since moving in and the PM said every 3 months
