My experience with public storage was great. Friendly customer support and with the use of the app everything was very simple to set up and manage.
BEWARE…. i’m renting from the one on Wooster Pike. I’ve only been in there two months and they’ve raised the rate twice. I started out at $88. The next month they raised it to $119 and today they raised it to $171. Needless to say I will be moving out. They are robbing people and there is never anyone in the office. They don’t return phone calls if they do they have no clue what they’re talking about. They can’t even answer your questions. The guy just agreed with everything I said. he said he was new go figure
