Very disappointed with the 3990 pearl road location, the code at the gate never works, cannot access belongings, difficult to contact a human for assistance, trying to move stuff out and they make it impossible to get in because the gate does not work. Very frustrating. Also experienced multiple rate hikes without warning, ridiculous amounts, now paying almost $250 a month, from just over $100 less than a year ago. Michael and Rob were a great help getting me in my unit.
I am currently standing in the office of Public Storage in Medina(pearl rd). Rob has been extremely accommodating and friendly. He's made this a tremendously comfortable experience. The unit is dry, clean, and secure. I will definitely recommend this location and this gentleman to anyone needing storage.
Ervin is super helpful and a nice gentleman. Appreciate all the help!
