I’ve had the pleasure of meeting Michelle on Monday. She was the friendliest clerk I’ve ever come across at the Redwood Road facility. I just felt good vibes from her, especially since she welcomed me first! She’s not there all the time, unfortunately. She even was able to get me a rate discount. Kyle is also a good clerk there. He’s just a workhorse. He quietly and constantly keeps working, but if you talk to him, he is really friendly, too. He also changed a burned out bulb in my unit. I’m very grateful for that.
Very clean and not crowded at all. The office personal are very helpful and took care of everything. Great v access to my outside entry.
