Custoner Service for Public Storage is horrible. I booked a unit on line with a July 30th move in confirmed with the property manager on site. I was at the facility ready to move in and the property manager told me my reservation was cancelled four days prior no reason noted and he could not make it active. He provided the Customer Care phone number for Publiic Storage and I called. After over 30 minutes on hold I spoke to a representative. The Manager Kyle is very courteous and professional. Also it looks like the app for opening the gate has been updated cuz it’s much faster. And thanks for having the restroom available and clean.

Michelle was awesome. Its refreshing to do business with people who are patient(when customers r a mess),she was very thorough,explaining the whole process with us, made me feel like she genuinely cared about her customers. She was funny down to earth. If I could give more than 5 stars I would..🫶🩷
