Public Storage has doubled our rate in less than two years of being a customer with them. We started at $85 and they’ve now raised our rate to $160. Avoid at all costs. Give your money to a local storage facility with more reasonable business practices. Front desk is kind but the elevator lights are consistently out and it’s humorous that they have images of braille signs rather than real, textured signage.
Teresa was helpful. She checked in and answered my questions. All good so far.
Initiated rental online and followed up with John at the Dale Earnhardt location. John made the process expedient and pleasurable at the same time.
