This use to be my favorite storage until they all just abandoned ship. I was moving for a week and not one time was someone working on location. Kept leaving messages and no return call. Tried to upgrade my unit paid and the codes for the door wouldn’t work. Tried to call no help. Ended up canceling my spaces all together. Now public storage won’t refund me my money. The Public Storage in Lakewood NEVER answers their phone or returns voicemails. I must’ve called about 8 times in the last couple weeks during business hours, to no avail. They upped my rent price from $114 a month to $161 a month within just a few months of being there. Then on top of that, they still haven’t returned a $25 fee when I got a new bank, which caused my first ever payment to bounce.
