Don’t rent one of these units. The rent varies month-to-month with nothing but increases and they say it’s only a month-to-month contract so which means they can increase the price at any time they want bullshit I rented for three months with $10 increases to $20 increases every month and then they could not do anything about it. My rent went from $30 up to $68. I moved within three months.
