Don’t know about the costs, but the place is clean and air conditioned
The customer service here is terrible and while I agree that that promotional prices are reasonable the frequent increases are ridiculous. I went from paying about $60 to over $285 in a short amount of time for a smaller unit and I can’t get out of here fast enough. My problem is I live far from this unit now and so my story begins. I went this past Sunday to start moving my things out with hopes of emptying it out by the end of the day. Yes the property manager was fantastic I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend and return in the future if need be thanks for having me I really appreciate it!!
"I had a very frustrating experience at this facility. The layout is incredibly confusing, and there is almost no guidance or clear signage to help you find your unit. It felt like a maze, and I spent far too much time just tryinzg to locate my space while carrying my belongings. For a storage facility, basic navigation should be a priority.
