I was impressed with how clean the property was. The Manager Was actively walking around and taking care of things, and she was very kind and approachable.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Never ever use Public Storage here or anywhere else. Their MANAGEMENT and CUSTOMER SERVICE is absolutely appalling!!! I never used the unit and was still charged for arbitrary administrative costs. Considering I did all the paperwork myself and had to file a report with the police 10 minutes after arriving on site, Public Storage REFUSED to work with me. They acknowledged the issues and that I never even used the unit, but stubbornly stated that a $29 Administrative Fee was non-refundable regardless of th... read more
