Lucy service was great and a very nice person we got all the help we needed
Had a great experience here, facilities are clean, and area is secure. Had the pleasure of meeting Shannon at the front desk, helped us with everything, the process was super streamline and easy, got the space drove the truck in with no problem, and unloaded inside, was given a push cart to make the job easier. Couldn't be happier with the result ! Thank you for the great service. If you need to keep your stuff safe this place is definitely rated 5 stars.
Shannon was absolutely amazing! She was so patient with me throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions with kindness and professionalism, and I never felt rushed. She truly went above and beyond to help me.
