If I could give negative stars I would. 1. My unit leaked, damaging a few boxes. (Was told it is not there problem.) Still leaks. 2. Rented a unit for 2 years. Still waiting for my light in unit to be replaced. 3. My rent started at $64 and ended at $210.47. This place is predatory and I would advise everyone to go elsewhere.

Spoke with the front office person and a manager there. They cut the lock off, were aware I was moving out. Was told to leave the unit open when I was finished. I did this, was still charged and had to call to have this corrected. Just found out that after moving to another facility due to no assistance here and the rude customer service staff on the phone for public storage. Just to move and find out a week later that Public Storage bought those units also. I am upset as Public Storage has been a trash company yo rent from.... read more
