I've had the same storage unit for 3 years and my bill yet again raised another $15. How come the longer I'm here, the more my rent raises? That's not how you keep customers around and coming back. I have the smallest storage unit so I have no problem packing it up and moving to another facility. I'm on the third floor too. Absolutely no reason for my bill to be this high.
Thanks to Amber I was able to get into a unit at last moment. Amber went above all expectations for me I was with u haul and they were terrible (to be nice) amber was professional and seems to really like to help people if u choose public ask for Amber Thanks again

Staff is truly amazing! Especially Amber, she is always really helpful and knowledgeable. She keeps the building clean and I'm grateful to house my items here while traveling for work.
