When I come in to pay my bill Felicia is very courteous and helpful
I came in to pay the account for my mother I get great customer service with Felicia each time I come in. My mother picked a great location and company to store her stuff
I went in for a appointment and was turn away and was told to come back in 10 mins because both managers was on break at the same time. If you are on break please put the sign on the door and dont be in the office...Thank you!!!!
Felicia has a great personality! The only downside to Public Storage is that you have to buy Damp Checks and a tarp for the units. However, the two young ladies Felicia and Latosca are wonderful people and you can tell they treat their customers like family.
