Zero stars I had a very upsetting experience at the Public Storage located at 7975 Branch Avenue. When I went to retrieve my belongings, I discovered mouse droppings throughout my unit and all over my property. Instead of showing concern or addressing the pest problem, the property manager blamed me for having spices in my unit—even though I do not believe properly packaged spices violated my rental agreement. My belongings may now be contaminated or damaged, and I have to document everything, determine what can be safely cl... read more

Blendine is exceptional. Thankful she knows her job well. Excellent customer service 😊😊😊 I had to go back to Public Storage to get and additional unit & me Barbara. Again, exceptional member of your team. I told her what I needed and in no time at all, I completed my transaction. The Customer Service is phenomenal 👏🏾 👌 🙌🏽. Keep up the good work.
