I’ve rented with Public Storage before, but this is the first time I’ve experienced so many serious issues with the condition of a facility. Over the course of my rental, I’ve dealt with lizards getting into my belongings, persistent odors coming from neighboring units, and a large spill from another unit leaking into mine. Then, when I went to move out, I discovered massive amounts of mouse or rat droppings everywhere. I also found what appears to be rodent urine on some of my fabrics.
