Tashema, did a fantastic job going above and beyond getting us the promotional price even though the system was giving her a hard time in doing so. We have had nothing but a positive experience renting at this location and all of the staff has been great!
Don't be fooled by all of the 5 stars. I was approached by workers, while moving stuff in/out of my stoage, that asked me to get my phone out and rate them 5 stars. It was very alarming how pushy they were about it- they even asked if I had other accounts to log into to do more. If I were to rate it honestly, I would say a 3 out of 5. It's not the WORST storage location...but this storage location definitely went down after Public Storage bought Extra Space out. Tashima was amazing! She was very professional and kind. The process was simple and she made the experience easy for me. Great service, great location and very clean facility.
