Kevin was great. Fast friendly, and it was great
Rented a unit here for about 3 years and didn't have any problems. The hours are good and the staff is nice. There are a few security cameras and the other renters seem to be good honest people. The whole facility seems to be well protected from the elements. The only down side was that they jack up the rates about 10% per month on a yearly basis for continuous renters... but pretty much every storage unit has this practice.
Overall I had a good experience with this Public Storage location. The access to the storage units is good and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside to our experience was that we moved out of the storage unit on the 8th of the month and didn't get any of our money back. Another storage unit we used did pro-rate the month we moved out.
