Have utilized a unit at this facility for several years. The staff was always excellent, and the property was consistently clean and well-maintained. I’m giving 3 stars because the price of the unit continually increased over time. After renting two different units and experiencing repeated rate hikes, we ultimately decided it was no longer worth the cost. Be sure to understand the pricing structure before signing up. The introductory rate may be attractive, but it only lasts so long before the price increases.
We recently moved out of our storage unit, and I wanted to recognize Brock for the outstanding customer service he provided. From start to finish, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He was always willing to answer questions and go out of his way to assist us whenever we needed help.
