storing on the second floor is extremely frustrating and inconvenient especially when there's a step??!! from the elevator to the uneven ground??! trying to get the trolley in and out was a nightmare. wouldn't recommend for storing lots that you plan to get out all in one day. other than that, no issue with the management.
Brock was great!! He called me in transit and helped to secure my rental space for our son. Hen we arrived to the facility I had realized the space was too small. He was great to swap spaces for us and get us a larger first floor space. Appreciated his help!!!
