⭐️⭐️ I really wanted to like this storage facility, but unfortunately the experience has been very frustrating. The elevator barely works and for customers moving heavy items, especially for business use, this becomes a huge problem. The building also feels very dirty and poorly maintained overall. Another issue is that the manager seems to be handling this location and another storage property at the same time, which makes it difficult to get proper assistance when needed. Mr Gupta manager shows me sizes so that I can rent coming weekend one more unit. Excellent service
I’m leaving this review as a disappointed customer. I rented a unit here for 4 months. Over that time, the elevator in our building repeatedly was inoperative. I found a live roach in the stairwell that luckily didn’t get into my belongings. Lastly, my interactions with customer service was terrible and their team was outright rude. Please do not use Public Storage to store your things.
