The women who work at this location in Murrieta have extremely bad and disrespectful attitudes. They hate their jobs, but need the money so have not quit. I would not recommend anyone to get storage there. The gate access ends at 9pm and not 10pm unlike other locations in the area and you have to enter a pin code to enter every section and every floor of the facility. Also to access the elevator. Public Storage in Murietta is amazing! Clean, easy and convenient. The offices staff is incredible! Angela and Kiana are the Best! Polite, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. Safe secure and well maintained. Thank you again to the wonderful team!
Good prices good hours. Seems pretty safe. Only one thing. Million dollar company and the cart they buy for customer to use is from TEMU. LMAO
This facility really impressed me. Every time I drive through the gate and through to the climate controlled building, I always smile because its so clean. It's like driving through a brand new neighborhood lol. I love that there is a keypad to enter the building to the "lobby" area and then another one to enter the storage unit area which are kept very clean also.
