EDIT: tried the facility again 4:15 and it got fixed but I never got in contact with anyone. **** Will update when I finally get help. It’s been 3 days that I have not been able to access my storage unit because the main game to enter the facility is broken. My move out date is 7-31-26 and I need to remove my things. The number for the property manager does not work and I cannot get in contact with anyone that can help. How long is this going to take and why did we not get notified.
