Elissa was so nice and helpful. She helped me on 05/21 at 5 pm. She stayed in the phone with me until the entire transaction was complete. I had called earlier to ask questions and she was patient and answered every question professionally. I was having issues online trying to book the storage and she had called back asking if I needed help which was perfect timing!
Exceeded expectations. I've rented at other Public Storage facilities, and I've never had an issue. The staff at the Aledo location was extremely helpful, was able to make our initial setup better, and when we were finished - they were proactive in helping us close down our rental. Couldn't have been happier.
