Absolutely terrible experience with this Public Storage location. The person responsible is almost never available, and honestly I don’t understand how this place gets good reviews. Tiffany has been extremely unpleasant and unhelpful throughout this whole situation. Since yesterday, I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone because they changed my storage locker due to repairs they were doing.
