Recently I called Public Storage in Davie and spoke to Beth. She handled my issue quickly and we were done. I found Beth to be very professional, friendly & efficient. Most of the time dealing with Customer Service is such a drudgery, but with Beth it was painless!

Gus is great - excellent customer service guided us through everything and set us up. Thank you!
They will raise your rent any time they want by 100$ or more and they will tell you is the company's policy to do so every 5 to 6 months so they will do that 2 times in one year . Really I wouldn't recommend this company.
John, their manager, is just the best of the best. Client oriented, focus, helpful and with a great attitude, a great help.
