The property manager Chanel was so sweet and tried accommodating me whenever possible, always trying to help when she could. I had my storage there for 7 months and once I left my keys in the car and had to stay past closing (I called her of course) she had the the sweetest personality and was very understanding and gave me a warning. the spaces were clean, quiet and great space to keep cluttered things tidy. Very much recommended this space

Our unit was perfect and located in a great area of the facility. The area was always clean and anyone visiting felt safe. We never had issues entering or exiting and the staff were always incredibly helpful (needing info, a new lock, clean out, etc) and very prompt. Chanel responded to my inquiry on procedures right away and settled our account within minutes. It was a smooth 4 years. Thank you!
I lost my keys to my Unit and no one answered so I left a message and Chanel was nice and called me back the same day! She was friendly and easy to talk to! She helped me salved my issue fast and efficiently!
