I recently rented a unit with Public Storage at the Hobson location in Scarbourough. I have to say right from the start there was a warm welcome during my inquiries with Chris on thier main line. Once reserved I went in the next day to hash out paperwork and view the space. Right away I was greeted with lovely smiles, understanding (for coming 30 mins before close) and open arms. My wife and I got our stuff all the way from Niagara and almost all storage units were closed but this unit was almost about to close and usually they need 1 hour lead time but they WERE MOST GRACIOUS we were panicking and quite helpless we couldn't go back all the way to Niagara and we were really really rescued by Praveen and his team. Praveen helped us with quick onboarding .. locating the unit .. helping us ABOVE AND BEYOND. I had a great experience at Public Storage on Hobson Avenue. Max was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole storage setup very easy and smooth. The customer service was excellent, and he was friendly and patient with all my questions. The facility is clean, well organized, and feels secure. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for reliable storage and great service. Thanks again Max!
