A snow removal co. broke the door of my unit. No one called to tell me I couldn't get in the unit because of the broken door. I loaded my truck, went to the unit and that's when I found I couldn't use the unit. After much discussion they gave ? me a unit for $1.00 HOWEVER! I had to pay administration costs, insurance costs, so The $1.00 unit that I didn't want But had to have because I was in the middle of moving cost me over $50.00! Got a great deal on a storage locker half price for 3 months which is what we need to do a renovation to our house. Nicole was very helpful and showed us the different size locker since we weren’t sure what size we would need.
