Needed to ren5 a space in Woodstock on a Sunday. Public storage was the only one in town that was open. The person on duty was very friendly and efficient and the place is immaculate.
These people were awful to my aging mother in law. After she passed we went with all the proper paperwork to retrieve her belongings. They said paperwork had to go to head office and be approved. Which lead to another month's payments. Even then, they made it difficult. They were unprofessional and rude. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
%1000 would NEVER return. Experienced terrible customer service and rude uneducated personnel that did not know internal policy. Rude and difficult to deal with once ending service. Got locked in the parking lot with wrong code. Staff couldn’t find receipt and wanted me to pay again even after providing my copy of receipt.
