I was helped by Emma and she was fabulous. She was kind and patient while answering all of my questions. She had great advice on which size of unit I should go with and if an indoor or outdoor one might be best for my needs. I felt more like I was interacting with a friend who cares than someone just punching a clock in and out for their shift. I’ve rented at this Public Storage location for quite a while. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which I appreciate. In the past, I avoided going into the office because I found the staff unwelcoming. However, on a recent visit I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a smile by the most delightful young lady. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made a big difference and really improved my experience.
