I’ve rented at this Public Storage location for quite a while. The facility is always clean and well maintained, which I appreciate. In the past, I avoided going into the office because I found the staff unwelcoming. However, on a recent visit I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with a smile by the most delightful young lady. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made a big difference and really improved my experience.

Emma was very helpful with providing me the answers to my many questions. She was also very polite to not only me, but to everyone she dealt with during the time I was there.
